   • Application rejection by Government authority/MCD
   • Errors or omissions in information/documents provided by the applicant
   • Duplicate applications
   • Delays caused by Government departments
   • Failure to provide required documents or clarifications
   • Change of mind after submission
8. The website/service provider shall not be held responsible for any rejection, delay, loss, technical issue, Government policy change, or any action taken by the concerned authority.
